Night 0: Friday Departure
- Depart Bengaluru around 8:00 PM for an overnight journey with music and icebreakers.
- Pickup points: Majestic, Shantala Silks (8:00 PM); Yeshwantpura (8:30 PM); Govardana Theatre; Goraguntepalya Signal (8:45 PM); Nagasandra Parle Toll (9:00 PM).
Night: In transit
Day 1: Saturday - Backwaters and Coast
- Stop briefly to freshen up before heading to the backwaters.
- Enjoy a sunrise boat ride through the Sharavathi backwaters amid misty scenery.
- Have a wholesome local breakfast.
- Check in at the beach-front campsite, freshen up, and relax.
- Visit Murudeshwara Temple and see the Shiva statue overlooking the Arabian Sea.
- Walk through the mangroves and explore the coastal landscape.
- Return to the campsite for beach and water activities, then enjoy sunset by the sea.

Night 1: Bonfire and Group Bonding
- Gather around the bonfire after the day’s activities. Bonfire is subject to weather.

- Wake up, freshen up, and have fresh fruit before heading out.
- Trek across four to five secluded beaches, taking in coastal trails, hidden coves, and sea views.

- Visit Vibhuti Falls and take a refreshing dip.
- Enjoy an authentic local meal (self-sponsored).
- Explore Yana Caves and their black limestone formations.
- Depart for Bengaluru, with dinner en route, and arrive before 6:00 AM on Monday.

- Cap or hat, torch or headlamp, power bank, and flip-flops.
- Bags for wet clothes, cash for personal expenses, energy bars or dry fruits, and a personal medical kit.
- Carry a rucksack or backpack; avoid trolley bags.

ALCOHOL PROHIBITION
Consumption or possession of alcohol at any point during the journey, stay, or participation in adventure activities is strictly prohibited. Any traveler found violating this rule will not be allowed to participate in the activity, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
ADHERENCE TO SCHEDULE
The itinerary has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience without rushing. Travelers are requested to adhere to the given timelines so that all locations can be covered as planned.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, within the accommodation premises, or in the presence of fellow travelers.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All travelers are expected to follow the instructions of the Trip Captain at all times and maintain mutual respect towards fellow participants, bus driver and other staff at the stay.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
Consumption or possession of drugs or any illegal substances will not be tolerated. Jalaparva reserves the right to terminate the traveler's participation immediately, without any refund

Payment Terms
- An advance payment of ₹775 is required to confirm your booking.
- 50% of the remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days prior to departure (i.e., Wednesday).
- The final 50% of the balance should be paid after boarding the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before the travel date: 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- Between 3 and 7 days before the travel date: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- Within 3 days of the travel date: No refund will be applicable on any amount paid.

- 01The company is not responsible for damages or expenses due to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, itinerary changes caused by such events, travel or stay accidents, fire, activity-related accidents, food poisoning, or theft.
- 02A balanced male-to-female ratio is maintained where possible.
- 03A minimum of 8 confirmed travelers is required for the trip to operate.
- 04If the minimum is not met, travelers may transfer to another trip subject to availability and applicable payment or refund adjustments.
